Mini Art-kino

Through a conversation with Nataša Antulov, Jelena Androić, and Luka Čubrić—who have been active for years in organizing cultural events, projects, and leading artistic associations—as well as Silvija Šikić, the head of the Psychological Counseling Center at the University of Rijeka, we’ll touch on topics of workers’ rights in the arts, resilience methods, burnout prevention, self-care, and the position of young people just beginning their careers in the art world. We’ll aim to address questions like how to set professional boundaries during project work, how to navigate team collaboration more effectively, and how to advocate for better working conditions.
A short, 8-minute documentary film ‘I Haven’t Stopped All Day’ by Klara Berdais will be screened during the discussion. The film examines conditions and modalities of working in the independent cultural sector, while also exploring the reasons and purpose of working in this field— flexible working hours, low pay, project-based funding, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, and the challenge of finding time to rest at the end of the day.
